Join fitness professional, Vanessa Lynn Campos, for a 5-day/5-night fitness getaway to a private property 10 minutes from the Temecula wineries. The fee includes a bed in a shared or private room, 3 meals per day, up to 2 group fitness classes per day, and a round of wine slushies at Wilson Creek Winery,
PLUS an exclusive FIT-cation tank.
Personal training can be purchased for an additional fee of $50.
The group workouts will be focusing on core strength, mobility, and proper form using body weight and resistance bands. If you choose to do a one-on-one session that will be your opportunity to work with Vanessa and ask any questions about your own personal journey.
Travel expenses and arrangements from the airport are NOT included. I will put all confirmed participants in contact with each other if you want to coordinate rental cars or any other travel arrangements. If you are flying, San Diego Airport is the easiest and is only 1 hour away from the FIT-cation location. There is a shuttle that goes from the airport to Temecula and vice versa.
Check-in begins at 5pm WEDNESDAY the 19th, workouts begin the morning of the 20th. Departures can be on Sunday night or Monday morning by 9am. To get the full experience, departing Monday is recommended and meals are provided through Sunday night.
Some alcoholic beverages will be provided (we will be in wine country after all), however any additional specialty snacks or beverages you might require or desire, you may bring. A basic continental breakfast will be provided, but please bring any specialty items you will need, shopping trips can be arranged, so you can get anything you need. All meals will be cooked on-site, please let me know if there are dietary restrictions or allergies.
A $250 non-refundable deposit per participant is required to hold your spot. Space is limited to 10 women. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your chosen bed/room, with the total remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to the trip. You will be sent an invoice for the remaining amount and you may pay the balance in monthlyinstallments.
The deposit will NOT be refunded in any case.
